Project Manager - Dickirch, Luxembourg
As a Project Manager in our multinational company based in Dickirch, Luxembourg, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. Your main duties will include developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with team members
- Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
- Coordinate resources and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues
- Prepare reports on project status, budget, and timelines for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field required
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working in a multicultural environment preferred
