We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious desserts and pastries for our customers. You should be passionate about creating new and unique recipes, as well as ensuring the quality and presentation of all pastries.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Create new recipes and develop unique flavors
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastries
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Maintain inventory and order supplies when needed
- Comply with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration
- Creativity in developing new recipes and flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Diploma from a culinary school preferred
