Surveyor - Al-Malikiyah, Iraq


We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Iraq. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare maps and reports, and provide accurate measurements for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and reports
- Mark property boundaries and provide legal descriptions of land
- Work closely with engineers and architects to provide accurate measurements for construction projects
- Collaborate with other surveyors on larger projects
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain surveying equipment and keep accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of legal requirements for land surveys
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
