We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron, USA. As a vital member of our architecture firm, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and senior technologists to develop architectural plans
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

This job is located in Akron, USA. While this job is open to all qualified candidates, preference will be given to Indian nationals.
