Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Dickirch. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, build and test models, and deploy them into production.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or data science
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools
- Knowledge of data mining and statistical analysis techniques
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning models using various techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can be used for model development
- Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines for model training
- Evaluate the performance of models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, etc.
- Communicate findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and apply them to improve existing models
