Merchandiser

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the product inventory and ensuring that our products are displayed attractively in our stores. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and making recommendations to optimize product placement and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product availability, displays, and promotions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions.
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential opportunities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: $1000 per month
