Part-time Barista (Indian Nationals Preferred) in Izhevsk, Russia


We are a bustling cafe in Izhevsk looking for a part-time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. We are specifically looking for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has a passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by following standard recipes and procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit in Russia
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. This would be an ideal opportunity for students or individuals looking for additional income.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month based on experience.
