Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vilnius. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects, as well as collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet regulations and standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Candidates must have experience in the field, excellent communication skills, and be able to work under tight deadlines. This is an urgent job opening, so we prefer candidates who are immediately available. Fluency in English is required. We welcome applicants from Pakistan who have the necessary qualifications and experience for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Prepare reports, estimates, and cost analysis for building projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Fluency in English
