Crane Operator


We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Greenland. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Read and interpret blueprints or instructions to determine appropriate crane setup and lifting procedures
- Communicate with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Keep detailed records of daily activities, including equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents that may occur

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Ability to operate different types of cranes in various conditions and environments
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and signals for safe lifting operations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Valid crane operator certification or license preferred
