Fitter for Industrial Machinery in Sheduva, India


We are currently hiring a skilled Fitter to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components of industrial machinery according to blueprints and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the layout of mechanical equipment
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials using rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Cutting and shaping metal components using hand tools, machines, and welding equipment
- Assembling mechanical parts by bolting, welding, riveting or screwing them together
- Installing bearings, gears, shafts, motors, and other mechanical components into the machinery
- Testing installed machinery to ensure functionality and make necessary adjustments before final installation
- Troubleshooting any malfunctions or defects in the machinery
- Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations while working with heavy equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting
- Experience reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery used in fitting work
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and operate heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva, India. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
