Job Title: Project Manager - Contract Position in Washington


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Washington. This is a contract position for Nepali nationals, with no English language requirements. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project within the given time frame and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders regularly
- Manage project resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and risks for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington, United States (Nepali nationals preferred)
