Web Developer - Faroe Islands (Contract)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands on a contract basis. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development technologies, with a focus on user experience and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites in accordance with client needs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide solutions
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Web Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages
- Experience with back-end languages such as PHP or Python
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in the beautiful Faroe Islands. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
