As a Solar Installer in our company, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems. Your main duty will be to travel to various locations and install solar panels on roofs or other structures. This role requires physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to different locations to install solar panels
- Ensure all equipment is properly installed and secured
- Connect panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
- Conduct routine maintenance on existing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the solar energy system
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working at heights or with electrical equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
