Senior Commercial Architect

A prestigious architecture firm located in Fonvieille is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial projects, from design development to construction completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development process for commercial projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion within established parameters
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Review and approve all project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation in Fonvieille. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for non-native applicants.
