We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your role will involve working closely with clients and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and design goals
- Develop detailed plans and drawings for commercial buildings
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Research new materials, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design aesthetics

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial projects in Monaco or similar locations.
