Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or revisions as needed
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in commercial architecture preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who possess the necessary skills and education.
