Job Title: Online Consultant



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant in Herning, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by customers
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products or services to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets set by the company

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and social media
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
