We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Izhevsk. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills and contribute to our growing business.

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads for our restaurant. You will work closely with the head chef to plan and develop new menu items, ensuring that they are visually appealing, high quality, and meet customer preferences.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a pastry chef and possess excellent knowledge of dessert techniques and ingredients. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other team members are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and breads according to established recipes
- Develop new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Work closely with the head chef to plan menus, order supplies, and manage inventory
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production of all menu items
- Monitor portion control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of dessert techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or certificate

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
