We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our menu. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and ensure that all desserts are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the restaurant's standards
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dessert recipes that complement the menu
- Ensure all desserts are consistently of high quality and presented beautifully
- Maintain inventory and order necessary ingredients for pastry section
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Comply with sanitation regulations and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Degree or diploma from a culinary school is preferred
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
