Senior Computer Research Scientist

As a Senior Computer Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of computer systems and technologies. You will use your strong background in computer science and extensive experience in research to identify new trends, develop innovative solutions, and enhance existing systems. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the development of cutting-edge technologies and advancing our company's goals. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on current computer systems and emerging technologies
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Develop innovative solutions to improve existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new technologies
- Write technical reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry developments and participate in conferences and seminars
- Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in computer research or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring junior researchers is preferred
- Biometric passport for international travel

Location: Shan, Pakistan
Salary: $1800 per month (with accommodation)
