Architecture Manager



We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architecture projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee the work of architects, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure that projects meet all building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management role.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with clients from various industries.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
