Instrument Technician - Nairobi, Kenya (Pakistani Nationals Welcome)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair issues with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves.
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Install new instruments and calibrate them to ensure accuracy.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams to troubleshoot issues.
- Identify potential problems and proactively take steps to prevent breakdowns or malfunctions.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Train new technicians on instrument maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and experience with troubleshooting electronic components.
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in industrial processes.
- Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team when necessary.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
