Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, using specialized equipment and techniques. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather data and create accurate maps and drawings. Your role will also include analyzing survey data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not required. This job is suitable for men and does not require prior experience. Fluency in English is required for communication with clients and colleagues. This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya but we welcome applications from Filipinos as well.
Salary: $1200 per month
Job Title: Building Surveyor
As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings to assess their condition and identify any defects or potential issues. You will also provide advice on repairs, renovations, or maintenance work that may be needed. Your role may also involve conducting surveys of existing buildings or construction sites to gather data for design or renovation purposes. Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes is required for this position. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.
