We are a leading architecture firm located in Izhevsk and we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts accordingly
- Lead the design team in creating detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex design issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and external partners
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required
