Architectural Technologist in Kaunas, Lithuania

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your role will involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce 2D and 3D models, as well as conducting site visits and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans based on architectural designs
- Use CAD software to produce accurate 2D and 3D models
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet technical specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Kaunas, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)

Working Hours:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
