As an Architectural Technologist in our firm, you will play a critical role in the design and development of cutting-edge architectural projects in Kaunas. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of architecture and strong project management skills. In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed plans and specifications, using the latest software and technology tools. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors and ensuring that projects meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create accurate 3D models and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Research local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project proposals
- Work closely with contractors to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
