Personal Trainer - Part Time (Khanpur)

As a Personal Trainer at our fitness center in Khanpur, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness plans, guidance, and motivation to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a part-time position that requires experience in the fitness industry and the ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities:
- Create customized workout plans for clients based on their individual goals, abilities, and limitations
- Conduct fitness assessments to track progress and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Provide individualized instruction on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a personal trainer or in a related field
- Certification in personal training or a relevant degree preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
