English Tutor

As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students of various levels and backgrounds. You will create lesson plans and materials tailored to each student's specific needs and goals. Your primary goal will be to improve their proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Assess student's level and create personalized lesson plans
- Develop teaching materials and resources
- Provide feedback and progress reports to students and parents/guardians
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Encourage students to actively participate in learning activities
- Utilize various teaching techniques to engage students' interest and understanding
- Prepare students for exams or assessments if necessary
- Maintain a positive learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics or related field preferred
- Previous experience in teaching/tutoring English as a second language is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching English as a second language

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The tutor will be required to work 40 hours per week with occasional evening or weekend sessions.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

This position is located in Wiltz, a small town located in the beautiful country of Luxembourg. Wiltz offers a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere with plenty of cultural activities, restaurants, shops, and outdoor recreation opportunities.
