English Language Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Tutor to join our team in Khasab. As an English Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students from various backgrounds, including Indians, Africans, and non-English speakers. Your main goal will be to improve their speaking, reading, and writing skills in the English language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and goals.
- Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Implement a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and make learning fun.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
- Communicate with parents or guardians to update them on their child's progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English language tutor or teacher.
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students from different cultural backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability.
