Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Albena, Nepal
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Albena, Nepal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional time management abilities, and excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files for all company documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements:
