Machine Operator


We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to standard procedures
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different products or production runs
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of machine operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
