We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Washington. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed design drawings and specifications
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Assist in creating project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with Revit software
- Experience working on projects in Washington or the surrounding area
