Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This is a great opportunity for someone with no previous experience looking to break into the field or for students looking to gain hands-on experience while studying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect existing facades for damage and perform necessary repairs.
- Clean and maintain facades to keep them in good condition.
- Use specialized equipment such as scaffolding and lifts to access high areas.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- No English language skills required.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available for flexible working hours, including weekends if needed.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.
