Facade Technician


A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the exterior facades of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair exterior facades of buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect building facades for any damage or wear and tear
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sealing, and painting facades
- Repair any damages or defects in the facade using appropriate tools and materials
- Collaborate with other construction workers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep track of inventory for necessary materials and tools
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation/maintenance/repair
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Knowledge of different facade materials (glass, metal, stone, etc.)
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used for facade work
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Preferred Nationality: Malayalees
