Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Nationals)
A luxury hotel in Malindi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team, conducting market research, and building relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy
- Manage the sales team and provide training and support as needed
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain existing partnerships
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create sales reports and forecasts to track progress

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
