Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)

As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Lusail, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining profitability. Your primary goal will be to provide an enjoyable dining experience for our customers while also meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members
- Ensure high-quality food is served in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and maintain consistency in existing dishes
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Implement cost-control measures to maintain profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid biometric passport
