Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Acre. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or in-person communication
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system performance and efficiency
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software systems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or parts
- Maintain documentation of all technical procedures and solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting methods
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Acre, Israel

Preference: This job is open to all nationalities, but Indians are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English is required.
