Plasterer for Renovation Projects in Lisbon

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to surfaces to create smooth finishes and prepare them for painting or other finishing touches. You will also be responsible for repairing existing plaster work and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plasterer, with a focus on renovation projects. You should also have excellent knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their application techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster and other materials to surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques
- Repair damaged plaster work
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or patching as needed
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate with project managers and other team members regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plasterer, preferably in renovation projects
- Proficiency in various types of plaster materials and application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints or project plans
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction work
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
