We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Shaper to join our team in Eldoret. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating unique and eye-catching designs for various projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative designs that align with the company's brand and client's vision
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Use various tools and techniques to develop designs, such as sketching, computer-aided design software, or handcrafting
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards
- Present design concepts to clients for approval
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or supervisors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
