Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales and marketing, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for the hotel
- Cultivate new business relationships and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel agents, and third-party booking platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations on sales performance for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or marketing role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events
