Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, in order to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should also have experience with data visualization tools and programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis using various methods and tools
- Identifying trends and patterns within large datasets
- Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Providing recommendations based on data insights
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
