Architecture Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Kenya. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction
- Review and approve design changes and modifications as needed
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and staff members
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture to deliver comprehensive design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a reputable firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod,Kenya. Applicants must have valid work authorization for Kenya.

Note:
This position is open to all nationalities. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates without experience. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
