Facade Designer/Engineer



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Facade Designer/Engineer to join our team in Siauliai. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and engineering the external building envelope, also known as the facade. This role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to create innovative and functional facades that enhance the aesthetic appeal and sustainability of buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and engineering facades for various types of buildings, including commercial, residential, and institutional
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that facade designs meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and gather information necessary for facade design
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Evaluating different materials and systems to determine the best options for each project
- Incorporating sustainable design principles into facade designs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a specialization in facades
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design or engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and specifications
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position open to both local candidates as well as foreigners. English fluency is preferred but not required. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for all candidates.
