Part-Time Concierge in Khanpur



We are currently hiring for a part-time Concierge to join our team in Khanpur. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or for activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage and other tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.
