Office Assistant
We are currently hiring for the role of Office Assistant to join our team in Oslo. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1600 per month for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Oslo but we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to relocate.
