Administrator for Indian Nationals in Doha
An established company in Doha is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in administration. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, filing documents, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. The successful candidate will also receive visa sponsorship if needed. This position does not include accommodation.
