Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing work such as painting, sanding, plastering, and caulking to complete construction projects
- Ensure all surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections before finalizing the project
- Work with various tools and materials including paint brushes, sandpaper, putty knives, and more
- Follow blueprints and specifications to accurately complete finishing tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections on surfaces
- Knowledge of different types of paints, stains, and finishes
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Biometric passport required for travel within Russia
