Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber
- Excellent skills in hair cutting, styling, and grooming
- Knowledge of various hair types and textures
- Familiarity with traditional and modern cutting techniques

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their desired look
- Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client requests
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on hair type, face shape, and personal style
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon at all times
- Upsell salon products and services to clients when appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through training and workshops
