As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities. Your main goal will be to ensure that all content posted by users complies with our community guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions on online platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Review reported content and determine appropriate action.
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve community engagement and address user concerns.
- Analyze data and trends related to user behavior and report findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for community management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Moderator or Community Manager.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and other online communities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Ability to make fair judgment calls based on community guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
