Courier Supervisor - Lisbon, Portugal



As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our courier team in Lisbon. You will work closely with our clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Plan and assign daily routes for the couriers, taking into consideration traffic patterns and delivery deadlines
- Monitor courier performance, including on-time delivery rates and customer feedback
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses
- Communicate with clients to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Troubleshoot any problems that may occur during deliveries and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the courier industry is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning software is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must have own transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation. This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year, with potential for extension based on performance.
